1. Call To Order
Members Present: Tommy Brann, Brann’s Steakhouse and Grille; Tim Cochran, City of Wyoming; Aida Slogar, Lake Michigan Credit Union; Robin Groth; Lindsay Simmons; Ken Malik, Wyoming Kentwood Chamber of Commerce; Bill Fetterhoff, Superintendent of Godwin Heights Schools; Steve Karrip, Metro Motors

2. Approval of Minutes

A motion was made by Karrip, with support from Cochran to approve the minutes of the June, 2011 meeting of the Division Avenue Business Association.

4. Roundtable
There will be a Wyoming Police officer assigned to Division Avenue starting July 18th.

Bill Fetterhoff said he will become a member and intends to participate

Membership drive is starting.

6. Next Meeting
The next meeting of the Division Avenue Business Association is scheduled for August 11, 2011.
